Check-in time is 14:00 hrs. Whilst the hotel's check-out time is 12:00 hrs, we do understand that at times, this may not be very convenient. Should you require a late check-out, please contact your guest service coordinators in the lobby who will make every effort to accommodate your request subject to availability. Late check-out charges will apply for requests beyond 15:00 hrs.
Children 12 years of age and under stay free of charge if no additional bedding is required. Rollaway beds are subject to a nightly fee while cribs are complimentary. Please note that a maximum of two children per room are allowed. Children up to 2 years of age enjoy complimentary meals. Children from 3 to 12 years of age enjoy 50 percent discount on regular menus in the buffet restaurant. Discount may not apply for special events as defined by the hotel. Items from kids menu will have special prices and no discounts will be applicable for the kids menu.
The cashier located at the main lobby will assist you with foreign exchange at the lobby level. At reception, foreign currency can be exchanged at the front desk counters located at the lobby level at their respective receptions. Foreign currency is exchanged for resident guests only.
We are pleased to accommodate early check-ins and late check-outs upon request, subject to availability.In the case of a late checkout before 6pm, an additional half day charge will apply. For checkouts after 6pm, a full day charge will apply.
Debit and credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
The hotel does not place extra beds in Executive Club room categories. For other room categories may we request you to call Welcome Assistance, should you require an extra bed or crib. Requests placed in advance would be appreciated.
