- All offers are subject to availability of suites/rooms.
- The total offer price indicated does not include airfares, transportation, meals, entrance fee(s) to places of interest and local sightseeing. All extra services and amenities availed, shall be chargeable.
- An alternate itinerary can be suggested if accommodation is not available on the requested dates.
- Black-out dates apply. The Luxury Sojourns Experiences may not be available on black-out / heavily booked dates. The black-out dates would be decided at the discretion of the hotel(s). The guest should check with the hotel at the time of reservation.
- The Luxury Sojourns Experiences cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer/promotion or benefit(s) available through any loyalty programme operated by ITC Hotels.
- The privileges and benefits of the Luxury Sojourns Experiences cannot be used in part or exchanged for cash.
- ITC Limited reserves the right to amend the terms & conditions of this offer, including amending, modifying, extending, withdrawing or discontinuing the same without any notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, at its sole discretion and without any liability.
- Guests shall be solely responsible for remaining knowledgeable about the terms and conditions of Luxury Sojourn Experiences.
- Requests for smoking / non-smoking room may be communicated at the time of making the reservation, to enable the hotel(s) provide the same. Allocation shall however be subject to availability of the requested choice.
- Guests are required to carry a valid government approved photo identification card and produce it at the time of check-in.
- Resident Indians : Drivers Licence , Voters ID , Aadhaar Card or Passport
- Foreigners / Non Resident Indians : A valid Passport is mandatory
- Accommodation for children below 12 years in the same room is complementary, provided extra bed is not taken. Meals for children would be charged extra as per the hotel(s) policy.
- At ITC Grand Bharat, up to two children under 8 years are allowed to share the parent’s suite, without additional charge. For up to two children between 8 and 15 years, an additional suite will be provided at 50% of the applicable suite rate. For up to two children above 15 years, an additional suite will be provided on full chargeable basis. However, meals for children and any other additional services availed would be charged extra as per the hotel’s policy.
- Extra Bed shall be charged at INR 2000 including breakfast and currently applicable taxes at all participating hotels.
- Extra bed policy(s) vary and are available only in limited room / suite categories at ITC Maurya, ITC Rajputana and ITC Mughal. An extra bed is not provided at ITC Grand Bharat. The guest shall have to check the extra bed policy with the concerned hotel.
- In case of a cancellation of a booking, 21 days prior to the date of check-in during October to March, the entire payment shall be refunded.
- In case of a cancellation of a booking less than 21 days prior to the date of check-in during October to March, the payment shall not be refunded.
- In case of a cancellation of a booking, 10 days prior to the date of check-in during July to September, the entire payment shall be refunded.
- In case of a cancellation of a booking less than 10 days prior to the date of check-in during July to September, the payment shall not be refunded.
- There shall be no refund whatsoever, in the event of any reduction in the duration of stay.
- Amendments to bookings shall be subject to availability and shall involve additional charges.
Check- in / Check-out:
- The check-in time at the hotel(s) is 1400 hrs and check-out time is 1200 hrs. Early check-in and / or late check-out are subject to retention charges. Early check-in, late check-out and extension of stay are subject to availability of rooms and will be considered at the sole discretion of the hotel(s). However on a case to case basis, early check-in, and late check-out may be requested for consideration, subject to availability of accommodation, at the time of making the booking, without additional charges.
Other terms and conditions:
- Hotel(s) reserve the right to carry out any renovation(s) and upgradation(s) as it / they deem necessary and the hotel(s) at its / their absolute discretion reserve the right to make the decision. In the event of such a situation the hotel(s) will notify the tour operator accordingly.
- Whilst in the premises of a hotel, due to any reasons whatsoever, if the hotel property is in any way damaged, destroyed or mutilated by a guest or agents, the guest shall be responsible for the same & promptly compensate the hotel(s) for the loss.
- ITC Limited shall not be held liable if it is unable to perform or comply with its obligations under the Luxury Sojourn Experiences or in case of any loss and /or damage incurred on any account including third party claims, arising due to the termination of this Experience or cancellation of the reservations by the hotel(s), due to force majeure events including without limitation safety and security concerns, VIP movements, weather, strikes or labour disputes, war, terrorist acts, riots or civil disturbances, government regulations, acts of civil or military authorities or acts of God or Government, embargoes, congestion, fires, earthquakes and other natural disasters or other reasons beyond its control.
- Guests shall indemnify and hold harmless ITC Limited, its directors, employees, agents, group companies and associates and their directors, employees or agents from and against any losses, damages, costs, expenses or other liability under any action, proceeding, judgment, claim legal activity initiated by any third party or any government arising out of or threatening to arise out of or in connection with any act or omission by a guest or its agent.
- All communications, notices etc. shall be served on ITC Limited by way of registered post acknowledgement due.
- No e-mail shall be deemed to be a valid notice served on ITC Limited.
- In the event of a dispute or conflict regarding the terms and conditions or any other matter in relation to Luxury Sojourn Experiences, the decision of ITC Limited shall be final & binding on the guest.
- All disputes relating to any issue arising from these terms and conditions shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Delhi.
